Ingredients

  • 250 gms Ridge Gourd Finely chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the gourd in a vessel with the required water until done
  • Heat the oil in a pan
  • Add mustard seeds, black gram and bengal gram
  • Allow it to splutter, followed curry leaves and asafoetida
  • add chopped green chillies and the cooked ridge gourd
  • stir fry for few minutes by adding salt
  • serve garnished with coconut
