Ingredients

  • 200 gms Grated Coconut
  • 30 mL Water

Instructions

  • Grind the grated Coconut to a fine paste in a mixer with 10 ml of water
  • Filter using muslin cloth
  • The milk thus obtained is the first milk
  • Repeat the process again with the same ground coconut to extract the second milk
