Ingredients
- 250 gms Ridge Gourd Finely chopped
Instructions
- Cook the gourd in a vessel with the required water until done
- Heat the oil in a pan
- Add mustard seeds, black gram and bengal gram
- Allow it to splutter, followed curry leaves and asafoetida
- add chopped green chillies and the cooked ridge gourd
- stir fry for few minutes by adding salt
- serve garnished with coconut
