Ingredients
- 1 bunch Mint Leaves
- 3 tbsp Bengal gram
- 4 tbsp Grated coconut
- 1 No Green chilli
- As required Salt
- 2 No Country Tomato
- 2 tbsp Gingelly oil
- As required Water
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan, Saute mint leaves, green chilli, tomato and bengal gram until a fragrant aroma arises.
- Add coconut to this mixture.
- Add salt and grind into coarse paste.
- Temper, if required, with mustard seeds, black gram, curry leaves and Asafoetida.
