Ingredients
- 2 cups Red Rice
- 3 tbsp Gingelly oil Cold press
- ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
- ½ tbsp Split black gram
- 2 tbsp Bengal Gram
- 2 tbsp Curry Leaves
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped
- 1 No Green Chilli
- 1 No Big onion
- 2 No Tomatoes
- 100 gms Beans Finely Chopped
- 100 gms Carrot Finely Chopped
- 6 Cups Water
- As Required Salt
Instructions
- Fry Red rice in a pan and grind it into a course mixture (Like Broken Wheat)
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, black gram, bengal gram and curry leaves followed by onion, chillies and vegetables. Fry well
- Saute Tomatoes, add salt for taste
- Transfer into avessel
- Add water and bring it to boil
- Add the rice powder slowly stirring and cook until done.
- Serve Hot
