Ingredients

  • 2 cups Red Rice
  • 3 tbsp Gingelly oil Cold press
  • ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tbsp Split black gram
  • 2 tbsp Bengal Gram
  • 2 tbsp Curry Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped
  • 1 No Green Chilli
  • 1 No Big onion
  • 2 No Tomatoes
  • 100 gms Beans Finely Chopped
  • 100 gms Carrot Finely Chopped
  • 6 Cups Water
  • As Required Salt

Instructions

  • Fry Red rice in a pan and grind it into a course mixture (Like Broken Wheat)
  • Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, black gram, bengal gram and curry leaves followed by onion, chillies and vegetables. Fry well
  • Saute Tomatoes, add salt for taste
  • Transfer into avessel
  • Add water and bring it to boil
  • Add the rice powder slowly stirring and cook until done.
