Instructions
Fry Red rice in a pan and grind it into a course mixture (Like Broken Wheat)
Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, black gram, bengal gram and curry leaves followed by onion, chillies and vegetables. Fry well
Saute Tomatoes, add salt for taste
Transfer into avessel
Add water and bring it to boil
Add the rice powder slowly stirring and cook until done.
Serve Hot
