Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Snake Gourd Chopped
  • 4 tbsp Coconut
  • 1 Nos Green Chilli
  • 2 tbsp Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Nos Country Tomato
  • 1 Stalk Curry Leaves Fresh
  • 1 Pod Garlic
  • ½ tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • ½ tbsp Split Black Gram
  • ½ Pinch Asafoetida
  • 1 tbsp (As Required) Salt Table Salt
  • ½ Cup (As Required) Water
  • 1 tbsp Gingelly Oil Cold press oil

Instructions

  • Fry the gourd with green chilli,onion and tomatoes.
  • Cool the mixture and grind it along with coconut and salt.
  • Temper Mustard seeds, Split black gram and Curry leaves using heated gingelly oil.
  • Mix and serve.
