Ingredients

  • 1 No Mango Grated
  • 1 Cup Coconut (Small)
  • 1 No Green chilli
  • 1 stalk Curry leaves
  • 1 Piece Ginger
  • 1 Small piece Jaggery
  • As required salt
  • As Required Water

Instructions

  • Grind all the ingredients in a mixture
  • Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves and serve

Did You Know:
Mango is an excellent source of vitamin A and flavnoids like B-Carotene. Fresh mango is a good source of potassium which helps control blood pressure and heart rate. it is a moderate source of copeper which is essential for th production of blood cells
Health Tip:
Raw Mango juice or panha can be prepared by obtaining the juice from raw mango and mixing it with palm sugar and pinch of rock salt coarsely ground fennel and aniseed. It is a refreshing and  re hydrating summer drink
