Ingredients

  • 4 Nos Gooseberry's Fresh
  • 4 tbsp Coconut Grated
  • 1 Small Piece Green Chilli
  • 1 tbsp Curry leaves powder
  • ¼ tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • ½ tbsp (As Required) Salt Table Salt
  • ½ Cup (As Required) Water

Instructions

  • Remove the seeds from the berries.
  • Grind all the ingredients together in the mixer into a coarse paste.
  • Temper with curry leaves and mustard seeds.
  • Mix and Serve.

Notes

Health tip:
      A glass of Amla juice can be prepared by using 3-4 medium sized amla and grinding it by adding a glass of water. This lowers blood sugar levels. Amla preserved in honey is a powerful antioxidant and vitaliser.
