Cashew Milk and Walnut Milk

Ingredients
- ½ Cup Raw Cashews
- 4 tbsp Palm Sugar
- 1 Pinch Cinnamon
- 2 Pinches Cardamon
- 1 Pinch Nutmeg
- 2 Cups Water
Instructions
- Soak the cashews for at least 4 hours in water and blend them in food processor until smooth
- Add the rest of the ingredients, Mix and serve
- the ratio of cashew to water should be 1:4 for the milk
Notes
The same method can be adopted to obtain Walnut Milk. The ratio of walnut to water should be 1:3 for milk.
Pitted dates can also be blend along with milk to obtain a different taste
