Capsicum Salad
Finely chop the multi colour Capsicums and mix with Carrot, grated coconut and cucumber. Add salt & pepper, lemon juice, cumin powder and make it mix in a bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves and then serve

- 20 gms Red Capsicum Finely chopped
- 20 gms Green Capsicum Finely chopped
- 20 gms Yellow Capsicum Finely chopped
- 20 gms Carrot Finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Cucumber chopped
- 1 Pinch cumin powder
- 1 Pinch Pepper
- 1 Pinch Salt Table salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh
- 2 tbsp Coconut Grated
Instructions
- Cut washed Capsicum, Cucumber & Carrot into square pieces.
- Add Cumin powder, Grated coconut, Salt & Pepper and lemon juice
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl then garnish with coriander leaves and serve
