Fry wheat flour in an iron skillet or a pan until a splendid aroma arises.
Heat the oil in a pan. Saute mustard seeds, black gram, Bengal gram followed by onions, Green chilli and vegetables with required salt
Remove from the stove. Add coriander leaves, pepper and cumin powder.

Mix well by adding water to obtain a thick consistency.
Make balls out of the mixture and steam cook for -10-20 minutes.
Serve hot with mint or coriander chutney.
