Heat oil in a pan temper mustard seeds, black gram, bengal gram, asafoetida,curry leaves and green chilli, follwed by shallots
Add to the cooked plantain pith. Stir fry by adding rice and pepper powder
Serve, Garnished with coconut and coriander leaves
