Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded fresh broccoli florets Sliver the stalks in to fine slices
  • ½ Cup Grated Fresh Carrots
  • ¼ Cup Raisin or dry cranberries soaked in water for 5 min
  • 1 ½ tbsp Organic Honey

Instructions

  • Toss the shredded broccoli and carrots in a large salad bowl
  • Add the raisins or cranberries
  • Add honey and a dash of lemon before serving
