Carrot & Pineapple salad
Shredded carrots, grapes and pineapple are tossed together with a sweet and tangy dressing. This easy carrot salad is a refreshing side dish perfect for encouraging picky eaters to eat their veggies.

Ingredients
- 50 gms Carrot Finely Chopped
- 20 gms Capsicum Finely Chopped
- 30 gms Pineapple Finely Chopped
- 20 gms seedless Grapes
- ½ tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh
- 1 Pinch Salt Table salt
- 1 Pinch Pepper powder
Instructions
- Peel and chop carrots into pieces & chop the capsicum
- Drain the pineapple slices and chop and mix with carrots.
- Combine, lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Pour over the carrot pineapple mixture and toss well & serve.
