Ingredients

  • 50 gms Carrot Finely Chopped
  • 20 gms Capsicum Finely Chopped
  • 30 gms Pineapple Finely Chopped
  • 20 gms seedless Grapes
  • ½ tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh
  • 1 Pinch Salt Table salt
  • 1 Pinch Pepper powder

Instructions

  • Peel and chop carrots into pieces & chop the capsicum
  • Drain the pineapple slices and chop and mix with carrots.
  • Combine, lime juice, salt and pepper.
  • Pour over the carrot pineapple mixture and toss well & serve.
