Apple & Carrot Salad
This shredded carrot and apple salad is a delightful addition to your summer lunch.

Ingredients
- 25 gms Cucumber Grated
- 100 gms Apple Into Small pieces
- 20 gms Raisins
- 25 gms Carrot Fresh
- 2 nos Dates Chopped
- 2 tbsp Sprouted Green Gram
- 2 tbsp Coconut Grated
- 1 Pinch salt Table salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh
Instructions
- Wash the cucumber, Carrot, and grate it, Cut the apple into small pieces.
- Chop the dates and mix all the ingredients
- Add salt, lemon juice & serve
Notes
We've found that organic carrots tend to be sweeter and take this entire salad up a notch.
